前記穴 is rather straightforward. What is mysterious is 深くするように進ませる. I guess it means to insert...

the abovementioned hole

In patent terminology, 前記 can be translated simply as 'the', or as 'said' or as 'abovementioned'. I use 'abovementioned', but each translation company/agency/patent attorney will probably have their own preference.

In this case the whole translation would be something along the lines of

"At least one portion of the microwave concentration device is caused to proceed into the abovementioned hole such that it deepens the abovementioned hole."
