French term

entretien de recadrage

French to English Bus/Financial Human Resources
Dimissal hearing.

"Le 2 novembre 2013, X a fait l’objet d’un entretien de recadrage de la part de Z pour altercation verbale et agressivité écrite ;"

This looks to me like "putting somebody straight", but what is the right term from HR/management speak? "Professional guidance" perhaps?

disciplinary interview

Described in detail here http://www.thefreelibrary.com/Undertaking a disciplinary int... - doesn't necessarily have to result in disciplinary action.
Peer comment(s):

agree Nikki Scott-Despaigne : I think "interview" has to be retained in order to convey the fact that the employee concerned is present.

Disciplinary meeting

Entretien means meeting in that case

neutral Nikki Scott-Despaigne : Entretien involves the employee concerned and one or two others. A "meeting" could be about the individual, but he is not necessarily present.
