Zunaechst beanspruchen und gestalten wir einen Platz im Bewusstsein unseres Adressaten - in einem Bewusstsein, das ueber erstaunliche dedutive, inductive und antizipative Kompetenzen verfuegt, um eine ebenso persoehnliche wie GATTUNGSKOMPATIBLE Welt zu erschaffen, sozusagen einen Weltstrom

First and foremost we use and design a space in the consciousness of our audience - in a consciousness that commands incredible deductive, inductive and anticipatory abilities, in order to create a world that is as personal as it is GATTUNGSKOMPATIBLE, a so called (Weltstrom)

@ Paul - Thank you :) I think these very difficult terms I will leave until the end when I read through and polish it. I think when you dissect things in sections you lose the bigger picture, and if you step back, sometimes the solution to a problem in a small section just suddenly occurs to you. Like a "Eureka" moment (at least that is what I am hoping!)

I'm still working on it. Perhaps "...a world that is as personal as it is shared/accessible/applicable with/to the species..." or "...a world that is as personal as it is universal to us all..."

Thanks, Marcus! I would certainly keep the word species in there - congruent to the species/species-congruous otherwise we're with species- appropriate which puts us out with the chickens and sheep. Which would be fine by me....

the author answers: Our personal WELT or WELTSTROM is GATTUNGSKOMPATIBEL because – aside from its individual properties – it shows a lot of common aspects that can be shared with other individuals of our species; to an extent that makes us believe we talk about the same world :). Apart from the physical side this aspect could lead to the assumption of Jung, but I am more cautious here.

Perhaps Gattungskompatible is meant in the sense of "anknuepfbar", as in, the world created can be identified with on a personal level, but it is also compatible with the greater world and its trends. So it works on a personal basis and is simultaneously compatible with the macro-perspective. I'm brainstorming here.

humane

To me, this comes across as being personal on teh individual level as well as suitable for the benefit of humans as a species. That's how I understand "Gattung". In the end, "humane" might convey the message as it has a few different, suitable meanings, e.g. "menschenfreundlich".

Gattung here is 'genre', I think, though which genre is not clear from the text you have provided. Compatible with, suitable to, etc.
