Is there anything written in the column below this heading that might help?

And it might help a bit to know what "this context" actually is? What kind of hole is this / what is it being used for.

All I can say is that 'fourreau' is used in certain contexts for a type of 'sleeve' or 'liner' used for certain types of holes — a typical example might be their use to mechanically protect pipes and cables where these have to pass through a masonry structure.
