Off topic: Any tips for places to enjoy French chansons?

For a weekend away, I am looking for an informal place to spend an afternoon or evening to enjoy a few glasses of wine and some nice French chansons. I am thinking a bar, open-air square, perhaps a small theatre or something similar. I would like to avoid the big tourist traps.

Would anyone be able to suggest a place I could look at in the Northern part of France (no further south than Paris)?
