FA|EN and EN|FA Masters Degree?

Does anyone know what the best universities are (inside or outside of Iran) for getting an M.A. in Farsi to English and English to Farsi translation services? I know that the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London has a program, and I'm sure there are a bunch in Iran, I just don't know which ones are any good. Thank you.
