For professional development, I am looking for a course, preferably culminating in a certificate, that is light on math and heavy on terminology (most I find are for engineers, ergo this precision).
Any you can recommend from experience? Thanks!

I know someone who studied environmental project management - don't know who offers courses like this, but if you could find a place, maybe this would be more suitable for your purposes? I know my grad school offered a degree in environmental policy studies - maybe something like that?
