I just would like to make sure I got right my first meeting point of the conference :
Friday 7.30 pm at the Kitchen garden Café, 17 York Road Kings Heath Birmingham B14 7SA - is that correct? And who will I have to ask for?

We will go to this pub on Saturday evening after the conference to relax and have a chat and then we will make our way to the Deolali.
On Sunday, we will go there to relax and keep the luggage of the people who will attend the Tolkien Tour but will need to leave promptly to the airport.
Those who will go to Ju Ju’s café will take a private hire from this location.
After the Tolkien Tour, we will also stay there until it is time for us to go to the Médaillon Vert for the couscous party. ▲ Collapse
