2017 Virtual Conference Certificate still not available on profiles

When will the 2017 virtual conference certificate be available on our profiles?

I submitted a support ticket at the beginning of November, which was rapidly closed after I was assured that the certificate of attendance was going to appear in our profiles “in some time” (not sure what that means).

However, 7 months have passed since the conference and nothing has been done.
Can somebody please take care of it? Thank you.
