Hi, I got the same message today. Please read my post on "Safe Computing" regarding this same sender.
I also got a similar message from him in January. I think Scott's file installs a Trojan. My computer was infected with an unwanted search page, www.22find.com after I opened his file.
My recommendation: Delete and ignore!

Looks most definitely like a scam.

BTW, even though I opened the file, nothing happened to my Mac. Anyway, better not to open anything in future.
