Ltd, or any of its affiliated companies (hereafter known as “Elite Asia”), in the Philippines or any countries. The said individuals, employees, associates or organizations affiliated to them are also not by any legal authorization, authorized to communicate or perform any form of transactions, commit to contracts to sell or buy products or services and any other legally binding covenants under Elite Asia.
