Our company (Avanta Translating Ltd.) has become a victim of fraud. Fraudsters have been contacting translators via email and translation industry websites and offering them jobs pretending to be us. They’ve been copying our email signature and contact details, leaving the PM's name, but changing 1 digit in the phone number and email. Our company (Avanta Translating Ltd.) has become a victim of fraud. Fraudsters have been contacting translators via email and translation industry websites and offering them jobs pretending to be us. They’ve been copying our email signature and contact details, leaving the PM's name, but changing 1 digit in the phone number and email. They've registered domain name @avanta-translate.ru (ours is @avanta-translating.com). Every day we get emails from freelancers who tries to identify us after receiving a request form them, but also there are victims already, who delivered the job and didn't get the payment. Please be careful and check the email address. If you get offered work from us please make sure that it comes from one of our official email addresses, ending with @avanta-translating.com. If you have any doubt or get any suspicious emails and would like to check if it is us or not, please get in touch either by phone, Skype, or email, using the contact details only from our official website and we will be more than happy to help.

Уважаемые коллеги! Две недели назад начал орудовать мошенник, который зарегистрировал домен (avanta-translate.ru), идентичный нашему (avanta-translating.com), сайт он делать не стал, но сделал почту на этом домене, скопировал нашу подпись из писем, изменив в ней домен и по цифре в каждом телефонном номере, оставив при этом логотип, имя менеджера и дизайн. Всё это время он рассылает письма от нашего имени фрилансерам с предложением сотрудничества. Также он без регистрации связывается с переводчиками через форму заказа на биржах переводчиков. Уже появились пострадавшие, которые попались и выполнили работу, которая никогда не будет оплачена. Обращаем ваше внимание, что представители нашей компании могут отправлять письма только с корпоративных адресов, содержащих домен @avanta-translating.com. Мы просим вас быть бдительными и всегда проверять адреса, с которых приходят запросы. При малейшем сомнении проверяйте источник: звоните в наш офис, пишите менеджерам в skype, whatsapp, viber и т. д., используя контактную информацию только с нашего официального веб-сайта. ▲ Collapse
