That's surely a scammer and an exceptionally dumb one, if he can't even get the name in his email to agree with the company name in the PO.
This company exists and has its own domain, why would they write to you from a gmail account that doesn't even contain their name?
If you want to do something, contact them on the official email address and ask about that "Kamal" guy, they may appreciate it and who knows, maybe you get some real jobs...

In fact, it happened once that a PM at a legitimate agency first wrote to me from a gmail address. I wrote back to the company's official email address to ask if it was legitimate. It was.
Not everybody realises that using a domain like gmail for business makes it look like a scam.
