VOICE RECORDING AND ANNOTATION

Recording Collection and Annotation for 16 Languages - Under Evaluation
We are currently submitting a bid for voice recording & Annotation for an upcoming project that includes voice reading collection and annotation. This project requires native speakers from the following countries to read and annotate audio:
Kinyarwanda (Rwanda)
Kabyle (Algeria)
Luganda (Uganda)
Belarusian (Belarus)
Tatar (Tatarstan)
Kurdish (Turkey)
Bashkir (Bashkortostan)
Haitian Creole (Haiti)
Lingala (Democratic Republic of the Congo)
Sindhi (Sindh, Pakistan)
Luxembourgish (Luxembourg)
Kannada (India)
Irish (Ireland)
Bhojpuri (India)
Flemish (Netherlands)

This is a voice collection and annotation project, and sample data needs to be provided.

A. Test languages: Belarusian, Kannada, Bhojpuri
B. Sample recording requirements: A minimum of 6 people per language (3 men and 3 women)
C. Number of recordings: At least 5 recordings per person with Each recording lasting between 10 and 15 seconds
D. Domain and text requirements: Texts can be prepared in advance, covering various everyday spoken language domains such as general daily conversation (30 hours), tourism and shopping (5 hours), numbers and time (5 hours), education and learning (5 hours), sports and entertainment, etc. Recorders can randomly choose within the target domains.
The voice samples must be related to the domains mentioned above.

E. Minimum data return per language: 30 recordings
F. Recording environment and software: Record in a quiet environment using a mobile phone.
G. Samples must be provided first, then uploaded to our platform for annotation.

Mandatory Resource Questions:
1.We need native speakers for 16 languages. Which native speakers do you have? How many people per language?
2.Can you complete both the collection and annotation?
3.Have you done voice transcription tasks on our platform (Shujiajia/Dataplus)?

At the moment, we mainly need people who speak Belarusian, Kannada and Bhojpuri to join the team and provide voice samples. If the samples are qualified and we win the bid, you could carry on all the languages mentioned
