Is there any software from which we can manage POs, Invoices and companies name and many other things easily?

Please suggest the freely available tools.

You can try this one for your invoicing, it's a free tool and a really good one. I am sure you will like it, I have been using it for a couple of years. Regarding PO's, I suggest you keep them in separate folders for each of your clients.

Hi Alban,

I would like to ask for your help.

I downloaded the tools and it seems very nice but one problem is that during invoice creation i want to change the currency (default is $) but don't how to.

Please suggest.

Hi Pradeep,

It's easy. Go to Tools / Options / Other and then change currency symbol there.
