I simply loved the presentation on interpreting and tablets! Josh and Alex made an excellent job at explaining different aspects, from what is available in the market to a great demo on consecutive interpreting with a tablet. Thank-you!
I really liked that the speaker spoke in a clear and engaging way that was a pleasure to hear. Of course the contents were interesting as well, we had an overview of different possibilities for income diversification, their pros and cons. Very useful, thank you!
The 3-day event is a wonderful opportunity to learn about so many different aspects of the language industry. But, horror of horrors!! At the bottom of the page, a line reads "The following exhibitors are in there booths, ready to answer your questions." Can it be true that at an event for LINGUISTS, this blatant misuse of "there" instead of "their" can appear on your page? Has noone else brought this to your attention? It´s terribly discrediting for your organization to hire people that don´t know how to use "there", "their" and "they´re" properly You need an editor/reviewer, to avoid this from happening again. Let me know if I can be of assistance ;)
well, there are a few more, but these are the two basics, yes

Final question for now - what happens when I load the original text (to be translated) into the projec, and then load the TM or TB - does the program automatically generates the translated text?

Yes, the essance is that you can re-use previously stored translations and term bases, and you can create TMs and TBs from previous documents easily.

What happens once the trial period for the program passed (45 days)? Can I still use it with only limitation of some features?
yes, you can use the software, but you will not be able to open previously created projects, translation memories, once you close a project, you will not be able to open it once more etc.
