These agencies are all trying to create their own half baked "CMS platform" most of which turn out to be disasters. If I had to bet I'd tell you the problem was there before it had to do anything with AI.
Or a bazillion of other things that can go wrong with a business because let me tell you something, raising 34 millions with a LSP project is wierd to say the least unless they had the best pitcher in the universe. There's zero detail on what they were trying to do with AI.

I agree the article’s source is not very reputable. Slator? Why don’t they have a physical addres on their website?
However, assuming the incomplete facts stated in the article were true ane verified, I’s say the capital was raised in the name of AI and its inflated potential powers. Investors would donate to anything and everything with AI-prefix, due to a hype sales story, because they have an excess of money. Of course, things that are not based on reality can’t last, same with AI.
