Let me first apologise if you consider that this is not the adequate forum to post this question:

Could somebody suggest a web site where I could find Dutch laws in their English translations? I'm looking in particular for the:
- "Algemene wet bestuursrecht",
- "Vreemdelingencirculaire (Vc)",
- and, most importantly, (1:2 BW)

I had actually in mind the translated laws so that I could check for, e.g. (sub c 1:199 BW) and then the translation. But that web site will be useful, thank you.
