Considering an hour of video could potentially take several hours to process, it\'s hard to tell if this is a reasonable offer or not, without actually looking at it first.

I am a Mexico city based translator, (so i`m used to third world tariffs), and basically I only do subtitling. $100 a video hour is only adequate for a bottom of the line translation, like for porn, without the actual video output which would be extra. ยฟAnd they even want a written transcript & translation and output in digital video? Either there`s a mistake or they don`t know what are they talking about.

It does seem like these people don\'t have a clue about what the work really entails.
