I have a project here, I exported it to RTF for the reviewer to verify, after checking, he sent me the RTF with the changes and I can't reincorporate it to the project. Can you let me know how or if it is possible to do this?

I presume you refer to the External View (EV) export in DVX. For this view to be reimportable, you have to include the segment IDs in their own column ("Include Segment ID" option in the "Export External View" dialog).
If you haven't done so, no problem: Just export another EV with IDs included and copy the ID column over to the edited RTF file (obviously the exported segments need to be the same as in the first export). You can then import the edited segments via File / Share / Rei... See more
