I am also a \"newcomer\". In order to be allowed to bid on acuarius I became a paying member. Today I was told that if I happen to be selected for a job I also have to pay 5% transaction fee NO MATTER IF I GET PAID BY THE CLIENT OR NOT. Good business to be Mr. Acuarius. If they were based in some other part of the world and if they did not have the same reputation I would be looking forward to chasing all those non-existing clients already...
