No course on translation, only generic M&A, lots of grammar, vocabulary and accentuation errors
Dec 18, 2015
I like knowing more about M&A and learned maybe 10% more here than I knew. Course is, despite title, no course for translators though as there was virtually no content on M&A translation challenges. Course needs better planning as it became 1 hr and 40 minutes instead of announced 60 minutes. The many grammar, vocabulary and erroneous accentuation errors of the trainer and his presentation sheets were distracting.

"a) The course is called "M&A Mergers and Acquisitions Translation", but it was really only a course ..." Read moreon "M&A Mergers and Acquisitions". The translation part was virtually non-existent.
b) The presentations contain a number of serious spelling and grammatical errors, showing the speaker has no experience in a real world English speaking environment in an English speaking country.
c) It was too ambitious, as the planned hour became 1 hour and 40 minutes."
