有稳定业务量的老客户真的很难提价。在商言商,本来就是“二八”理论的天下。
倒是些很早合作,但是业务量不多的客户,我一般都很勇于提出价格不合适的问题——反正少了这家客户的单子,也无伤大雅。
至于汇率问题,同意 Randy 说的——客户肯定认为 non of his/her business 。
如果合作时间不长,建议你还是再三考虑。只能吸取教训,新客户多报。
