About a month ago, I received a link to a product development survey from Atril. Did anyone else get it? I can't remember the questions, other than one on whether I'd be happy if they moved to a subscription model.

I second that! Great support and follow up for a superior product - even got on a TeamViewer session for some issue with DV X3. Having provided us with such a precious CAT tool, I believe the Atril crew are entitled to take as much time as they need to develop further the brilliant ideas they certainly have.

The only thing I still use of DVX3 is the alignment tool. Unfortunately, I cannot depend on them as my main CAT tool anymore. I enjoyed working in DVX3 while it lasted.

... for sharing your experience with us. This should prevent any unnecessary rumours about the current existence of at least the support for DV X3.

Atril must be still alive May 31, 2020

... because Atril only recently has released a new upgrade of X3 (build 9.0.793). On the other side, X3 for the first time wasn´t part of the last TGB action here on proz.

after the following piece of news

News Covid-19: Atril China and its partner help public and private organizations to import in emergency protective gear such as FFP2/N95 and surgical masks.

peoples can start to think, that Atril switched into new business area.

It's a pleasant surprise after reading all the rather negative comments here which require fact check.
