Hi Martha,

Even if you do not attend the online session you will still have unlimited access to the video recording and training materials within one working week after the session. A certificate of attendance will be issued for you as well.

I believe this course covers wording only, not peer reviews including possible researchers’ errors and flaws, yes?

Although I understand the idea, I still do doubt that a little more reader-friendly and layman-oriented (non-scientific) presentations would improve generally low quality scientific publications and standards in most medical journals, alas.

DZiW ... you are 100% right that the translator as "only" a translator cannot totally change a poorly written article. We see a lot of these, particularly when they are written in a language that is not the researcher's mother tongue. However, as a translator, there are ways that we can be prepared to squeeze out the best possible translation. There are some translators who also "edit" publications (particularly translators into English), so this really depends on whether you are a translator ON... See more
